Manager's Weekly Tempo Guide

Drawing from successful manager communication patterns across TAMHA, this timeline is designed to help you stay ahead of operations and communicate effectively with your team.

The "Weekly Predictable Rhythm"

Sunday (or day after last game): The Forward Look

Tuesday: The Weekly Update Email

Consistency reduces questions. If you send an email on Tuesday every week, parents will stop asking "when is practice?" on Monday.

What to Include:
  1. Clear Subject Line: [DIVISION-TEAM]: Weekly Update - [DATE]
  2. The Schedule: Bullet list of ice times, locations, and opponent.
  3. Arrival Times: Exactly what time players need to be at the rink.
  4. Action Items: Are forms overdue? Put this in bold at the top!
  5. Volunteer Requests: Timekeepers, dressing room monitors, 50/50 sellers.

Wednesday/Thursday: Execution & Collection

Friday: Game Day Prep

Saturday/Sunday: Game Day
